The Grazing Room at Boards by Dana will lead a Charcuterie Class that takes participants on a sweet & savory journey, from learning how to build a balanced board, to art & color theory, to the history of charcuterie! And yes... you will leave knowing how to make the perfect salami rose and crumble rustic chunks of aged cheddar like a PRO!
And what better way to enjoy your new foodie education than with a delicious glass of wine and fresh desserts! On Wednesdays Mama's offers 1/2 priced bottles of wine and all desserts featured are made in-house by our Head Sous Chef, Michael Robinson.
