For ages 13 & up
With just flour and water, you'll create a basic, eggless pasta dough and, with the addition of fresh spinach, a flavored dough. Once you've mastered the arts of mixing and kneading, you'll have the confidence to experiment with the flavors of your choice at home. Working with a small team in our kitchen, you'll make a batch of each dough, create fettuccini noodles, and take home about a half pound of each for dinner tonight or prep for another day.
For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
