For ages 18 & up
The French enjoy this impressive dessert throughout the month of January and variations of it throughout the year. You'll pick up tips on working with puff pastry, make a decorative scalloped edge, and learn to score the top for a beautiful presentation. We'll show you how to make the filling and offer options (since we know you'll want to make this cake again and again). You'll take your unbaked cake home with you to either freeze for use in the future or to bake and enjoy later in the day.
For ages 18 and up. Each attendee must purchase a ticket. Tickets are priced per person.
Decorated Galette des Rois (Puff Pastry filled with a mixture of Almond Cream & Pastry Cream)
You'll take your dessert home with you to either bake and enjoy or freeze for future use.
Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
