To all Denver food and beverage enthusiasts; you are invited to join us for an evening of intriguing cocktails crafted for your sipping pleasure. Liquid Inspiration: A Cocktail Endeavor is a temporary bar concept that celebrates the craftsmanship of local distilleries by showcasing their products through thoughtful cocktails that honor their essence. For this inaugural pop-up, we are partnered with Spring 44 Distilling. Their quality product line inspired the design of our delicious menu.
This limited event will take place for one evening on Sunday, November 10, 2024 at the The Broken Cage Social Cocktail Parlour, a beautiful space in the Lower Highlands. This endeavor is also in support of Metro Caring, an organisation that espouses: “working with our community to meet people’s immediate need for nutritious, culturally relevant food while building a movement to end hunger at its root causes.” We are very proud to be associated with this wonderful not for profit. A portion of revenue from this event will be donated to them. Liquid Inspiration: A Cocktail Endeavor is the first offering in this pop-up series.
Please join us for an engaging evening of joy, tasty drinks and attentive service while helping us support a wonderful Denver organisation. Your reservation includes entry, preferred seating, 3 cocktails (1 welcome drink plus 2 offerings from the menu), and maybe a surprise. Tax is included but gratuity is not. Liquid Inspiration: A Cocktail Endeavor is a 21 years old and up event. Doors open at 5:00 P.M. For refunds or cancellations please contact us at least 1 week (7 days) before event date.

Amuse Bouche-Spring 44 vodka, guava, lime, ghee, tangerine meringue, tangerine zest.
Mountain-Spring 44 mountain gin, camomile tea, coriander, honey syrup, yuzu, marshmallow, pine dust
Old Tom-Old Tom gin, apricot puree, perilla leaf, demerara, green peppercorn steeped syrup, dried apricot
Affogato-Spring 44 honey vodka, biscotti chocolate liquor, espresso, coffee liquor, amaro montenegro, neglected gelato, biscotti spice(crushed biscotti, mace, cardamom, cocoa nibs, coffee and black pepper)
Experimental--Chartreuse spray wash, sotol, creme de cocoa, tobacco bitters, citrus peel
All cocktails have an alcohol free counterpart
