The Rooftop at Harmon Guest House will proudly present the grand finale of its summer “Elevated Eats” popup series, welcoming the legendary Ralph Tingle as its final guest chef.
Chef Tingle was ahead of his time when he opened Ralph’s Bistro in Healdsburg Plaza more than 20 years ago, long before Healdsburg became the world-renowned culinary destination it is today. With French culinary training from Le Cordon Bleu in France and experience at Le Cirque in New York, Chef Tingle brought authentic French cuisine to the heart of Sonoma County.
Though Chef Tingle’s bistro may be a cherished memory, for one night only, The Rooftop at Harmon Guest House patrons can savor his iconic dishes and mingle with Chef himself!
The menu includes Chef Tingle’s famous Chicken Thigh Paillard ($14), Lamb Smashed Burger Sliders ($16), Grilled Squid & Shishito Peppers ($15), Double Duck Lyonnaise Salad $16), House made Gravadlax ($15), and Ralph’s Signature Martini ($15).
The pop-up is a fitting conclusion to this wonderful summer series and a last chance for anyone who hasn’t been able to attend previous events.
Launched in May, “Elevated Eats” has been a celebration of global cuisine, showcasing signature dishes of guest chefs that are crafted in collaboration with The Rooftop’s Executive Chef Wyatt Keith and his talented team. Past participants include celebrity Chef Kathy Fang, Chef Michelle Wood, Chef Cody Candelario, and Chef Mateo Granados.
