Please join us for our next tasting, featuring Northern Italian white wines.
Our November tasting will be a discovery tour of Northern Italian white wines. If you are unfamiliar or less familiar with white wines, this is the tasting for you. Winemakers in Northern Italy have been making elegant, award-winning, and cellar-worthy white wines for centuries. Until the last few decades, they've mostly kept these gems to themselves.
These wines are worth getting to know and this lineup will feature wines from some well-known heavyweights: Roagna, Quintarelli, and Bruno Giacosa. And we will judge whether the famous names are worth the price by tasting them side by side with espressions from a few smaller producers. The varietals will be grapes native to Northern Italy, such as Timorasso, Arneis, Gargenega, and Ribolla Gialla. These wines are as fun to drink as they are to say. Join us to find a new favorite!
