He has worked in some of the city's most exciting and beloved restaurants, including Vernick Food and Drink, Marigold Kitchen as Executive Chef, and The DeBruce in Livingston Manor NY. At the Rittenhouse Hotel, Leveillee takes a modern and progressive look into French cuisine and ingredients, sourcing the best ingredients both locally and from around the world.
