La Raclette is collaborating with Forin to bring you an authentic Swiss Mountain dining experience!

From Friday October 25th until Friday November 22nd, Fishtown locals, Jeff and Shelley Alligood’s, La Raclette will be popping up at Forin every Friday. Guests will have the option of choosing between the 6pm and 8pm seating and tickets will be available online. There will also be spots open for walk-ins to make sure the cheese flows freely throughout the night.

They will be serving traditional style Raclette dinners which will include a starter salad and 3 servings of melted cheese raclette that will be scraped on top of potatoes and cornichons (included in ticket price).

On top of this, guests will be able to add for $12 a portion of a variety of cured meats including a swiss delicacy called “viande sechée” which is an alpine cured dried beef with incredible aromas that you can only find in Switzerland! Then to finish it off, an option of a delicious lemon sorbet from local Cafe Fiore for $4 .

They will be wheeling around their custom Raclette Cart serving their freshly melted Raclette directly to your table to bring a fun and unique experience for guests. In addition, Forin will be offering a variety of wines and alpine themed cocktails that will be offered at all La Raclette events. Their goal is to immerse guests into the Swiss Alps and to offer the ultimate raclette dinner experience.
