Question: What is the Reservation Deposit that I am paying here?
Answer: This is a deposit to hold your reservation. The $50 deposit amount will be subtracted from your bill. Tax and gratuity will be added to your final bill at the venue.
Question: What is your refund policy?
Answer: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can effectively plan and execute our dinner event, including the necessary preparations and arrangements for our guests.
Question: Menu Accommodations and Substitutions?
Answer: Due to the nature of our paired dinner event, we are unable to accommodate substitutions or specific allergy requests. The menu is carefully curated to create a harmonious dining experience where each dish is thoughtfully paired with complementary flavors and ingredients.
