ABOUT JEAN-CHARLES BOISSET
Jean-Charles Boisset was born into the world of wine in a small village of Burgundy, France where his parents originally founded their family winery in 1961. Despite his childhood interest in becoming a professional footballer and his collegiate study of business and finance, he knew at the young age of 11 that he wanted to take over the family business and one day live in California.
Known as "The James Bond of Wine", he has spent the last 30+ years building a $450 million dollar wine empire acquiring nearly 40 wineries, tasting rooms, and other entities throughout California, France, England, and India. In 2018, he continued his legacy of pioneering innovations with the introduction of JCB Spirits. His luxury vodkas and gins are distilled with Burgundy wine made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and he also introduced the first ever caviar-infused and truffle-infused vodkas. But he didn't stop there with his lifestyle vision. Today, he has namesake collections for jewelry, candles, perfume, and the JCB Passion Collection by Baccarat - the first glassware line the historic French crystal company has ever done with a vintner. Together with his wife Gina Gallo, the dynamic duo has revolutionized the wine industry and beyond, with countless recognitions along the way!

TIMELINE - A cocktail hour will begin at 6 pm and guests will have the opportunity to self-tour the Entrance Level of Dover Hall. At 7 pm, everyone will be invited to the Grand Ballroom for a thoughtful 5-course dinner created by Executive Chef Leah Randolph, Virginia's Chef of the Year.
