It all began with growing superior corn, wheat & rye on Henry Farms. Located in Dane Wisconsin, Henry Farms has been raising heritage red corn, rye and wheat for more than 50 years. When J. Henry and Sons decided to produce bourbon, they specifically selected an heirloom red corn developed at the University of Wisconsin in 1939. We welcome J. Henry & Sons to The Backyard Barbecue Store for a whiskey tasting. We will pair 3 different bourbons with barbecue. Each ticket includes a welcome cocktail, 3 course bourbon and barbecue tasting, and a bottle of the J. Henry's Small Batch. Bottles of bourbon will be available for purchase after the event.
