Welcome Course

Serrano wrapped stuffed Date w/Goat Cheese and Marcona Almond Welcome Cocktail: Southside (Gin, Lemon, Mint, Simple)

Second Course

Croque Monsieur Crostini: French Baguette, Creamy Bechamel, Prosciutto, Gruyere. 

Paired with Cotarella Ferentano Lazio 

Third Course 

Watermelon Gazpacho w/ Lump crab: Watermelon, Tomato, Cucumber, Poblano, Shallot, Garlic, Mint, EVOO. Garnished with Avocado, Corn, Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
