* Prosciutto Arancini- Deep fried risotto ball stuffed with roasted tomatoes, prosciutto, sweet peas and mozzarella cheese.

* Wild Game Meatball- A blend of ground boar, elk and pork in house made marinade over thick spaghetti with shaved Parmesan.

* Gnocchi Alfredo- potato gnocchi in a Parmesan cream sauce, charred cipollini onion, rosemary and toasted herb breadcrumbs.

* Veal Oso Bucco- red wine braised veal shank over risotto Milanese, topped with veal demi and wilted mustard greens.

* Stout Tiramisu- coffee and chocolate stout dipped lady fingers layered with marscapone cheese and finished with cinnamon and shaved chocolate.
