For our tasting Julie and Maggie will talk about and taste us through their mostly winery only wines:
2021 Rosé ‘Ingrid & Julia’, Napa Valley (retail $32, only 586 cases produced): "Zinfandel & Petite Sirah are whole-cluster pressed, fermented in stainless-steel, and blended to create a beautiful, dry, Provencal-style"
2021 Sauvignon blanc, Farina Vineyard Sonoma (retail $36, only 400 cases): "An aromatic walk through a farmers' market with white nectarines and heirloom cider apples."
Thinking Cap Red, NV, St Laurent and Malbec (retail $34): Extremely limited production. In fact there are only 10 acres of St. Laurent grape planted in California! This will be a treat to taste this fresh red wine.
2020 ¿Por Qué No? , California Red Wine (retail $38, only 1,200 cases): "With a fresh aroma of dark fruit, spices & chocolate, and a robust yet smooth finish"
2019 Rutherford Perspective Cabernet Sauvignon (retail $130, only 10 barrels!): "100% Cabernet Sauvignon that sings of its history, Rutherford terroir. Lovely & classic! Ribbons of dusty blackberry, deep plums, cherry fruit, cedar, with aromatic highlights of sweet spices including star anise."
