Tapas culture is not limited to Spain. In fact, small plate dining is equally as popular throughout the Mediterranean and the Middle East.
In this energetic and interactive class, you will learn how to master three popular small plates, which are all inspired by the Mediterranean. Join Chef Jerry for his newest Tapas style cooking class, where you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to make: Patatas Bravas, Chicken Kabobs with a Chimichurri sauce, and Cauliflower Fritters. You will learn a variety of culinary techniques when making each dish, all of which you can replicate at home to your heart's desire.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting. You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price. Guests are invited to BYOB (beer or wine).

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price. Guests who are 21 and over are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only).
