Discover the joy of making fresh pasta into delicious and unique stuffed ravioli.
Learn the art of mixing your own dough from flour and hand roll thin sheets to shape your ravioli. Next you will make a fresh ricotta filling elevated with fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Finally, we will create a delicious and impressive Romesco sauce. Your end result will surely impress your next dinner guests!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don't already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).BYOB is welcome!

Guest requirement:
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Upon arrival, please do not enter the building. The Chef will meet all guests at check in time at the building entrance to allow access. Please note that late arrivals will not be admitted and the door will close 5 minutes after the class start time. Please contact customer service to assist with your booking if you arrive late at hello@cocusocial.com Guests are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, or champagne). To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+.
