Aya Sushi is hosting their first whole Hon Maguro Cutting event! Come and experience a truly unique board-to-table fresh Bluefin Tuna entirely broken down by Chef Yoshi Katsuyama right before your eyes. He will be filleting every part of the tuna then served limitlessly by sashimi, nigiri, maki, and more!
That's not all. Complimentary cocktails and whisky tastings from House of Suntory will be included to pair with each bite!
Please arrive 15 min before event time for the welcome cocktail. The Bluefin Tuna breakdown will promptly start at 5 pm.
