These limited seating tastings will be hosted in our festively decorated winery. Immerse yourself in the magic of the holidays while you enjoy intimate in-depth tasting experience of five of our favorite wines, each paired with a house made small plate that perfectly complements the wine.

Tasting Menu:

First Pairing: Brut Cuvée Sparkling wine paired with balsamic glazed beetroot tartlets.

Second Pairing: Sauvignon Blanc wine paired with a roasted butternut squash & quinoa winter salad.

Third Pairing: Chardonnay wine paired with a rich she-crab soup.

Fourth Pairing: Royal Red Meritage wine paired with braised beef short rib over a cheddar grit cake and candied brussels sprouts.

Fifth Pairing: Riesling wine paired with a deconstructed tiramisu.

Included in your tasting is a brief tour of our winery facility, a tasting pour of five wines, five courses of paired small plates made from scratch in our kitchen, and a keepsake wine glass to take home.
