In this hands-on cooking class, students will create elegant mini versions of two luxurious dishes. They’ll start with Mini Steak Au Poivre, peppercorn-crusted steak medallions paired with golden, bite-sized roasted potatoes, learning key techniques like seasoning, pan-searing, and making a classic pan sauce. For dessert, they’ll prepare Bourbon-Chocolate Bombes, crafting delicate chocolate shells filled with a rich, bourbon-infused ganache. This class covers essential skills, perfect for students looking to elevate their culinary techniques while making memorable, restaurant-worthy dishes in a fun, interactive setting.
