Come experience an unforgettable and festive evening filled with Italian charm as you stroll beneath the twinkling lights of the stunning Harbor Piazza. Featuring an array of wines, delectable Italian-inspired cuisine, live music performed by The Buzzcatz, opera singers and the grand illumination of Portofino's glittering Christmas tree, Holiday Harbor Nights is the perfect date night or fun night out with friends to celebrate the season.

  • ANTIPASTO STATION | Parma ham, Genoa salami, Sicilian pepperoni, toasted pistachio mortadella, nduja, aged Brown Cow Parmesan, fontina, grilled ricotta salata, fresh mozzarella, cold pressed olive oil, 15-year balsamic, oven-dried tomato tapenade, marinated artichoke hearts, Marcona almonds, champagne grapes, grilled Italia crostini.
  • FALL SQUASH BISQUE | Acorn squash, butternut squash, feta crema, cinnamon roasted pepitas.

  • BRAISED CHICKEN THIGHS | Creamy yellow corn polenta, smoked forest mushroom marsala, Parmesan and fresh micro basil.
  • CAST IRON SKILLET BAKED SHRIMP & GULF COAST CLAMS | Jumbo sweet shrimp, Gulf Coast clams, Italian purgatory sauce, smoked paprika rouille, candied citrus gremolata.

In addition to the above-listed menu and wines, guests with a VIP ticket will enjoy elevated table service featuring six courses of expertly composed dishes paired with exclusive wines not available at other Harbor Nights wine stations.

  1. AMUSE | SPICED TUNA CARPACCIO | Preserved lemon vinaigrette, micro green salad, olive oil fried focaccia croutons. Paired with Gradis ‘ Ciutta Collio Sauvignon Robert Princic.
  2. STARTER | TUSCAN KALE | Grilled ricotta salata, candied pecan, dried baby heirloom tomatoes, radish, creamy Florida citrus emulsion. Paired with Girlan Marna Chardonnay 2022.
  3. ZUPPA | FALL SQUASH BISQUE | Acorn squash, butternut squash, feta crema, chives, cinnamon roasted pepitas. Paired with Benanti Etna Rosso 2021.
  4. PASTA | HERB AGNOLOTTI | Hand-dipped ricotta cheese, salt roasted beet crème fraîche, baby arugula. Paired with Volpaia Chianti Classico.
  5. CARNE | SLOW BRAISED BEEF | Italian herb roasted baby potatoes, cippolini onions. Paired with Ciacci Piccolomini d’Aragona Rosso di Montalcino 2022.
  6. SWEETS | TRIO OF DESSERTS | Spiced mascarpone pumpkin cheesecake, white chocolate apple torte, chocolate caramel brownie verrine.
