Join us for our first chef-curated pop-up dinner, Heritage Dinner with Chef Leo Ceja of Jacumba Hot Springs Hotel, on Wednesday, October 2nd.
Chef Leo will serve dishes he grew up cooking at gatherings with his mother and grandmother. It’s his journey through the cuisine of Michoacán and Morelos, Mexico.
This will be an 8-course dinner with a suggested wine pairing from our Valle neighbors, Vinos Pijoan & Fractura and the winemakers, Silvana Pijoan and Daniel Kelly. Space is limited for this intimate experience.
