Local Event
Cost: 50
Hella Chenin is one-day festival at Hammerling Wines in Berkeley. We're featuring 70+ Chenin Blancs from top Californian and South African winemakers. It is all about giving Chenin Blanc the love it deserves. We're here to spotlight the variety, get more people hyped on it, and promote family-run wineries.
Our goal is to bring together the trade and consumers in a fun atmosphere with live music, food, and good vibes.
Hella Chenin isn’t just a one-time thing—it’s the start of something big. We’re building a community that’ll grow annually. This year, we're featuring 26 Californian winemakers and 10 from South Africa.
All profits from the event will be donated to LA fire relief efforts.
Hella Chenin was founded by Peter Andrews of Culture Wine Co., Josh Hammerling of Hammerling Wines, and Marty Winters and Alex Pitts of Maitre de Chai.
