Join us at Spa Terra for a day long retreat of healing for a renewed sense of well-being, calm and connection. Through a combination of healing arts, group classes, and leisure time, you will rediscover your innate ability to feel stillness, reconnect through sound and movement, in turn creating last change. The day includes outdoor movement classes, sound healing in the estate caves, lunch, leisure time at the pool and eucalyptus steam room and a refreshing Happy Moose Smoothie, Hand Crafted in Sunny California. FIRE / EARTH + ETHER/AIR / WATER - Conclude with a journaling session to reflect on your journey followed by a closing circle where you will have the opportunity to share your experiences and insights from the day. Your retreat facilitators will guide discussions on integrating elemental wisdom into daily life and fostering a supportive and enriching community atmosphere.
