Aloha! It's time to take your tastebuds on a trip to Hawaii with NYBP's four course Hawaiian Luau Beer Pairing Dinner!

Aloha NYBP friends!

Ho’olaule’a – (Celebrate!) We cordially invite you to a luxurious Hawaiian Beer Pairing Feast, complete with a delightful four course menu of mouthwatering Hawaiian Island gourmet dishes paired with 4 delicious NYBP summertime lagers and ales! Mix all that goodness with a tropical welcome Mai Tai, and some festive luau music and games, and you have one glorious night you’ll never forget! This tropical Polynesian style celebration will be limited to only 75 guests at each location, so we encourage our Ohana (family) to secure your tickets to this wonderful evening wikiwiki (quickly)!

Tickets are $85 for Mug Club Members (proper ID required at check-in), and $95 General Admission.

Sales price does not include tax or gratuity, and tickets are non-refundable.

Begin your festive evening with a lei and tropical Mai Tai cocktail!


Oahu Course One:

Aloha Pineapple Tuna Poke- Fresh Yellow Fin Tuna mixed with diced mango, fresh pineapple, chilis, Hawaiian spices, avocado, and fluffy jasmine Rice, served in a pineapple bowl.

Beer Pairing: Lakehouse Pilsner


Tokelau Course Two:

Hawaiian Isles Salad – Ripe mango, toasted coconut, charred corn, avocado, and cotija crumbles served over a bed of spinach and drizzled with a tropical guava vinaigrette. Served with warm, freshly baked Hawaiian sweet bread.

Beer Pairing: Cerveza Mexican Lager


Polynesian Course Three:

Huli Huli Chicken – Dry-rubbed chicken breasts, grilled and topped with huli huli sauce and grilled pineapple. Accompanied by Hawaiian Island potato and macaroni salad

Beer Pairing: Hawaiian Destination IPA


Fiji Course Four:

Butter Mochi Sundae - Housemade traditional Hawaiian cake, topped with vanilla bean ice cream, hot fudge, sesame caramel sauces, sliced bananas, and fresh whipped cream

Beer Pairing: Bittersweet Sinphony Imperial Stout
