Your ticket unlocks a 3-course feast, expertly paired with handcrafted cocktails featuring Award-winning Diplomatico Rum.

Each course showcases a specific rum, intertwining its essence into both the cocktail and the dish, while the Diplomatico Rum brand ambassador Evan Charest, guides you through the tastings.

Question: What is the Reservation Deposit that I am paying here?

Answer: This is a deposit to hold your reservation. The $25 deposit amount will be subtracted from your bill. Tax and gratuity will be added to your final bill at the venue.

A nswer: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can effectively plan and execute our dinner event, including the necessary preparations and arrangements for our guests.

Answer: Due to the nature of our paired dinner event, we are unable to accommodate substitutions or specific allergy requests. The menu is carefully curated to create a harmonious dining experience where each dish is thoughtfully paired with complementary flavors and ingredients.

ABOUT Diplomático Rum
is a brand of rum from Venezuela that’s produced by Destilerías Unidas S.A. (D.U.S.A.). The distillery, which is located at the foot of the Andes mountains, has been producing high quality spirits since 1959. Diplomático’s rums are made from sugar cane, molasses, and honeys, which are fermented with the distillery’s own strain of yeast. They produce blends of dark and light rums aged from two to twelve years.
