For ages 18 & up
Spend a little time in our kitchen learning how to make these dishes that make the most of high quality ingredients with a healthy French flair. You'll steam mussels to perfection in a tasty sauce; make a salad dressing from scratch; quickly saute a lighter version of a French classic; discover just how much flavor chicken stock and herbs can infuse into potatoes; and produce a lighter than air chocolate dessert.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
