We invite you to join this celebration at the Easy Street Wine Collective, where multiple wineries craft their wines and come together daily to share these special meals.

Begin your experience with wine flights from three wineries: Cordon of Santa Barbara, tercero, and Bocce Ball. Afterwards, enjoy a sit-down dinner prepared by Chef Melissa of Clean Slate. Just like the winemaking teams, you’ll enjoy this meal family-style, sharing the flavors and camaraderie of the harvest season.

Easy Street Wine Collective is a bustling, working winery, and during your visit, we'll be deep in the heart of harvest. You’ll witness the magic firsthand, with grapes fermenting in tanks and bins all around you, and perhaps even catch some of our winemakers fully immersed in the craft of winemaking.

Chef Melissa Scrymgeour, owner/chef of Clean Slate Wine Bar, Solvang’s 2023 Restaurant of the Year, serves up an unforgettable experience. Focused on seasonal and local ingredients, she celebrates Santa Barbara County’s finest ingredients.
