The perfect night out with your friends or date night to learn the art of pasta dough from scratch. Chef Michel offers a detailed hands-on course for making ravioli. Then you'll cook up your ravioli and dress them in complimentary sauces. You will have a complete dinner during the class, focaccia with red pepper dip, a fall salad with homemade garlic croutons, ravioli with 4 different sauces to choose from or all of them! Of course there's dessert, pumpkin cake topped with lemon-tangerine icing.
