It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, you’ll be diving right in and making our dish with ingredients prepared by our Eataly kitchens. Our Scuola Chef will prepare a curated antipasto for you to taste in the class. You then get to enjoy your culinary creation straight out of the stove!
About this Dish: Agnolotti come from Piemonte and are often thought of as the first stuffed pasta in northern Italy. This recipe is extra decadent with a burro al tartufo (truffle butter) sauce. In this class, you’ll shape your own agnolotti.
