Join us Thursday, January 23 for an exciting evening of food and wine with winemaker Patrick Sullivan of Sonoma's Grey Stack Cellars.
A 20 year veteran of winemaking across Napa and Sonoma counties, Sullivan's career has taken him from Lewis Cellars to Paul Hobbs. Today he owns and operates the "Four Brothers Ranch" with his father, a nod to his family, while producing Grey Stack wines and consulting for other wineries.
The Bennett Valley AVA is situated south east of the city of Santa Rosa and is known for climate and terroir that produce exceptional Syrah, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Merlot.
Trattoria Trullo is excited to welcome Sullivan; the dinner will provide guests a rare opportunity to hear about the winemaking process directly from him all while enjoying a delicious menu curated to highlight each and every selection.
