We will be offering 3 different tastings of buratta cheese! And sampling an amazing seasonal soup (recipe available).

In real time, step by step, you will learn how to build a charcuterie grazing table , taste cheese pairings and scratch made soup - a glass of Cante ao Vinho wine is also included At the end of the class, everyone will create and leave with their own box of charcuterie, cheeses and other fresh seasonal items!

Small batch wood will be there with hand crafted wood boards - great shopping for personal use and gifts !
