About Good People Dinners: GP Dinners is a community built around meaningful conversations and delicious feasts, a moveable social club for those who value authenticity, a better way to connect with each other. We are also an event production business and regularly create tailored dinner series for a wide range of companies and organizations.

Our dinners are hosted at a variety of venues in the Bay Area, at Camp Earnest near Yosemite NP and around the country and the world. Every dinner includes a speaker on a wide range of topics and a chef prepared feast. To learn more about us, please visit our Founding Principles page.

Please email us at least 72 hours in advance if you have any dietary restrictions and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

OUR SPEAKER:

Our friend Stephanie Lepp (https://x.com/stephlepp) is an award-winning producer and storyteller.

She's the former Executive Director at the Institute for Cultural Evolution, a non-profit think tank devoted to addressing polarization through cultural means. Before that, she was the Executive Producer at the Center for Humane Technology, the organization at the heart of the Netflix documentary The Social Dilemma. Stephanie’s work has been supported by institutions like Sundance and the Mozilla Foundation, and exhibited worldwide.

At our dinner, Stephanie will screen Faces of X — a new video series that integrates different perspectives on divisive social issues, like abortion, gender, and race. (You know, keeping it light :) Do you find yourself arguing about politics, and getting nowhere? Or shying away from debates, because you refuse to pick a side? This one's for you. You'll walk away with insights on how to integrate different perspectives to gain a bigger picture.

OUR CHEF:

Berkeley based chef Everett Doner is in his second year with Just Eat It catering, and has over 8 years experience providing spectacular food to clients in the greater SF Bay Area.

Everett has special love for classic French bistro dishes, playing with regional styles of US barbecue, and cooking for those following ketogenic diets.

Expect lavish communal presentations with bold contrasting color and concentrated flavors using the best in California’s abundance. Everett lives mere blocks from produce Mecca Berkeley Bowl and can’t get enough of their fruits and vegetables. He is also in demand as an event producer and emcee and serves corporate and private clients nationwide.
