The Gorge Supper Club is an ongoing event series of curated tasting menu dining experiences that empower talented local chefs to let their culinary creativty run wild. Become a part of a tight-knit community of local foodies as we explore an all-new way to share a meal together with neighbors, travelers and new friends, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Columbia Gorge.
Our first tasting menu will be a 4-course prix-fixe meal themed around the Pacific Northwest Spring with some classic French influences!
We’re thrilled to announce that our first event features Chef Althea Grey Potter, who was named Eater Portland’s 2019 Food Personality of the Year, has appreared on both Food Network’s “Chopped” & “Guy’s Grocery Games”, and has spent 25 years crafting bold, innovative flavors in top restaurants and catering kitchens throughout the Portland area. Her work at Oui! Wine Bar and Restaurant earned spots on Portland Monthly’s Best New Restaurants 2018 and the Mercury’s Top 5 Dishes of the Year, showcasing her raw talent for creating exceptional dining experiences.
Currently, Chef Althea is the chef/owner of a catering and events business; Nouveau Food & Wine, a condiment company; The Flavor Society, and a new chef residency, Bar Nouveau.
