Taste one of Willamette Valley's most exciting wineries: Goodfellow Family Cellars
Join us at the shop with Owner/Winemaker Megan Joy on Monday, April 7th
In his review of these wines, Eric Guido of Vinous Media, stated, "Tasting these wines at Goodfellow was a highlight of my trip"
Both the Chardonnay and Pinot Noirs are very terroir-driven in style. Freshness, tension, and notes of high-toned fruits meet mineral, soil, and spice. They particularly excel with Pinot Noir. How Walter Scott is to Chardonnay, Goodfellow is to Pinot Noir in the Willamette Valley.
The Goodfellow wines are small production wines from a small, family-run operation that has a SERIOUS following! The reds are entirely whole cluster fermented, so a lot of complexity from the stems offsets judiciously ripe fruit. Like our other favorites from Willamette that include Walter Scott, Martin Woods, Violin, and Cameron (and several others) these wines are terroir driven and at the SAME high-quality level. The wines are also all very well-priced
