We are very excited to announce our next dinner series, including an evening at our San Juan Capistrano location, Perspektive Studio! For our October event, we have a wonderful evening planned featuring some fantastic wines from crowd favorite, Goldschmidt Vineyards. Still family owned and run, Goldschmidt produces exceptional wines from multiple viticultural areas, including Napa, Sonoma and Barossa Valley. This dinner will feature 5 wine selections, each paired with its own seasonally themed dinner course. We'll feature a great array of wines, including two different cabernets, one hailing from Alexander Valley, the other from Oakville. Fan favorite, LT Nedjar will once again join us for each evening of the series to pour and present the wines. To showcase these each selection, Chef Erin has created an elevated, seasonal pairing menu. You won't want to miss this memorable evening of wine, food and conversation! * Please note, this dinner will take place on the second floor in loft space. A flight of low-rise stairs is the only way to access the seated dinner area.
Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course.
