Indulge in the culinary magic of three Miami Spice Chefs, savor delectable passed hors d’oeuvres, and toast to the night with an open bar. The highlight? A scrumptious three-course meal that promises to tantalize your taste buds.

Our celebrity lineup: Chef Robert Allum of the Riverview Bar & Grill, Chef Amaris Jones of Chick'N Jones and Chef Jimmy Almeida of Bagatelle Miami.

The evening's menu:

• Forest Mushroom Pithivier: Chef Robert Allum will delight us with this appetizer accompanied by grilled gem lettuce, artichoke heart and black truffle dressing.

• Crispy Honey Truffle Chicken: Chick'N Jones's signature dish with roasted cauliflower puree, okra char, and collard oil.

• Tropézienne: a Bagatelle must-try, made with madagascar vanilla.

A vegetarian meal will be available; please select this option during check-out.

Parking at Miami Tower Garage:
A special discounted parking rate of $15.00 per vehicle is offered to event guests at the Miami Tower Garage. Once inside, proceed to the Ground Level Lobby. From there, you will be directed to cover the walkway that leads to Hyatt Regency Miami. In order to get the discount, you need to validate the ticket at Bell Stand.
