Baker Carissa Meekins, owner of Diva’s Dips in Pawtucket, will demonstrate how to create beautiful scratch-made cookies decorated with royal icing, just in time for the holidays!

In this hands-on class, guests will be involved with the whole process from rolling, cutting out and baking cookies to learning about royal icing consistency and coloring to the final step of decorating using various techniques.

Chef Eli Dunn of Folklore Provisions in Bristol will be providing delicious savory snacks to get us started and we’ll be serving wine and sparkling waters, too!

NOTE: We have received a few inquiries about children joining the class. The class itself is not geared to children but interested bakers 9 and up are welcome.
