As in all of our classes, we cover cocktail-making fundamentals, guiding participants through making (and enjoying) three cocktails – this hands-on class has something to offer both novices & professionals.

Cocktails

• Trepenation – Vodka, Agua de Flor, Yellow Chartreuse, Honey

• Sideshow on the Main Stage – Pisco, apricot, lemon, grapefruit, demerara, egg white

• Flight of Fancy – Gin, Genepy, Elderflower, Cap Corse Blanc, vanilla, grapefruit, lemon, lavender
