Galettes are free form pies. Because of their flatter shape, you get a crisper crust and no issues with runny or soggy fillings. Plus it cooks faster, which means less time with your oven on! We will make pie crust together and then make not only a fruit filling that really highlights the fruits of the summer, but a hearty vegetable galette that makes a fantastic, light summer dinner.

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, let us know before you purchase tickets. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind some ingredients are unavoidable in certain classes.
