I love summer! I know that Californians are lucky to have at least decent produce all year around, but let’s be honest, nothing compares to the bounty of summer. July means tomatoes bursting off the vine. Red ones, yellow ones, maybe even green ones, so we’ll enjoy 4-5 dishes from appetizer through dessert, and you won’t want to miss an unusual and incredible tomato-based dessert.
