You'll have the unique opportunity to learn my granny's recipes, passed down through generations. We'll teach you how to make differents types of fresh pasta:

• Tagliatelle
• Ravioli
• Tortelli

Each dish will be paired with a typical Italian sauce.

While the dough is resting, we will enjoy together a fantastic Italian aperitif that includes bruschettas, Parmigiano Reggiano and other dish made by me.
