Celebrate the autumn harvest in Hardwick Winery's timber frame barn with a locally sourced five course wine dinner featuring the culinary creations of Chef Peter Ryzewski, led by Sommelier and Wine Educator Missa Capozzo. Each course is served with a perfectly paired Hardwick Winery wine.

Course 1: Honeycrisp Salad with fresh apples, nuts, cider vinegrette over field greens, paired with Greenwich Apple wine

Course 2: Stuffed Sweet Potato baked with a sweet and savory stuffing, paired with Massetts. Cranberry wine

Course 3: Coconut Pumpkin Curry Soup, paired with Yankee Boy White wine

Course 4: Braised Turkey with a house dried fruit stuffing, paired with Reserovir Rose

Course 5: Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Tart, paired with Pioneer Pumpkin

This event starts promptly at 6:00. Please feel free to arrive early and purchase a glass of wine, sangria, spritz cocktail, or wine slushee to enjoy before the dinner. This is a 21+ event.
