Caymus Suisun The Walking Fool is a silky scarlet red with luminous highlights. This wine opens with a lean earthiness - the scent of rustic wood mixes and sweet spice infused with garden-ripe strawberries and cherries. The palate is smooth and lively, featuring flavors of juicy raspberry, subtle tartness of cranberry, and notes of espresso and smoked meat. Underlying acidity makes this wine mouthwatering, with tannins lending a gritty yet softly fine texture.
This wine celebrates extraordinary growth. This vintage is rich and round on the palate, with tannins expressed in a non-bitter, textural manner. Acidity is perfectly balanced, but not tart to the palate, making this wine delicious and easy to enjoy.
This Chardonnay is bold yet fresh, with citrus notes and vibrant natural acidity due to the region's gusting wind and lengthy growing season. Mer Soleil Chardonnay has hints of citrus on the nose, with brown spice and honeysuckle. It is round and creamy, featuring notes of lemon squares and baked croissants. The Chardonnay ends with a refreshing, clean finish.
