It's a smooth yet complex single-estate rum. Made from fresh cane grown on the estate, it is distilled in a Coffey sill nestled amongst the cane fields to ensure maximum freshness of ingredients. The nose is sweet with toffee, butterscotch, and nutmeg. The taste is rich and smooth, with honeycomb, hazelnut, and apricot, as well as a cinnamon and toasted oak finish.
Subtle fruit and freshness make this rum great for mixing. Their passion fruit rum brings a tropical twist and some extra layers of flavor to traditional rum cocktails. The nose is fresh and light with vanilla and ripe orchard fruits, green apples, and pears. The taste is juicy and citrusy, with passionfruit and mango, and the sweetness results from creme brulee and brown sugar. The finish is crisp with a lingering sweetness and wood spice.
