On Friday, May 23 at 8 p.m., FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel and Match Market & Bar invite wine and food enthusiasts to an unforgettable evening of culinary excellence featuring a seven-course prix fixe wine pairing dinner crafted with Justin Winery and Landmark Vineyards. 

 

With every course, food becomes art and each dish is complemented by a two-ounce pour of exceptional wine. Menu and pairings are as follows:

First Course—Goat Cheese Stuffed Strawberries with Justin’s 2023 Rosé

Second Course—Sole Meunière with Celeriac Purée paired with Justin’s 2023 Sauvignon Blanc

Third Course—Duck Cannelloni in Spinach and Foie Gras Sauce served with Justin’s 2023 Sonoma Chardonnay

Fourth Course—Wild Mushrooms and Watercress complemented by Landmark’s 2022 Overlook Pinot Noir

Fifth Course—Beef Tartare topped with Quail Egg paired with Justin’s 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

Sixth Course—Petite Filet Mignon with Root Crisp and Blackberry Demi-Glace paired with Justin’s bold 2020 Isosceles

Seventh Course—Roasted Pear Tart served with Justin’s 2021 Savant
