What You’ll Learn: We will discuss the science behind a successful dough and all the factors to achieve focaccia perfection. Together we’ll learn to handle, shape, and decorate your own loaf.
Our Mission: Let our cooking classes inspire you. Work with our chef/instructor to learn how to prepare delicious recipes, hone essential techniques, and put some "heart" back into cooking. All levels of experience welcome! We offer private classes, private parties, and a bounty of niche gourmet food and beverage products! Whenever possible we utilize HAM SWEET FARM located in Williamston, MI, a short drive from the capital of Lansing. They offer a variety of products, including the lamb and poultry raised on their farm, as well as meat from other partner farms and fisheries.
