On Friday, Jan. 24 at 6 p.m., Flour & Thyme is thrilled to present an Epic Napa Valley Wine Dinner featuring internationally recognized winemaker Maayan Koschitzky, whose resume includes the likes of Screaming Eagle, Tusk, Dalla Valle, Dana Estates, Vice Versa, Fairchild, Zakin, La Pelle, Lail and many more.
Head of winemaking for Philippe Melka’s cult wineries, Koschitzky will present diners with an epic journey through La Pelle wines, which are recognized as the highest quality price ratio in Napa Valley, from their entry level through their epic reserve. Koschitzky incorporates the round lush tannins that Melka wines are known for, but dials back overripe fruit bombs to craft something truly special—bringing the best of both worlds up and down the portfolio.
Guests can expect Bordeaux-styled Sauvignon blanc, Chablis-styled Chardonnay, Northern Rhone-styled Syrah and Napa Cabernet profiles with a nod towards Bordeaux. This fantastic lineup of seven wines will only be matched by an incredible six-course meal prepared and presented by Flour & Thyme’s own Chef Ivan Jacobo.
