Chef Daniel Gaspar of Daffodil has a passion for combining his creativity and technique to bring out the best in local, seasonal and premium ingredients. His experience stems from the Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group, Barley Swine, and Comedor, all whom are recognized by the Michelin Guide Texas. Daniel has also had the privilege of cooking at the prestigious James Beard House in NYC for a guest chef event.
