Five Course Wine Dinner – Menu:

• Classic Lobster Bisque
• Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta with Sautéed Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes
• Roasted Chicken Thighs with Classic Gravy, Honey Glazed Beets, and Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
• Deconstructed Beef Wellington (Pan Seared Beef Medallion with Foie Gras Madeira Mushroom Sauce and Puff Pastry Crisp)
• Classic Marjolaine

About:

One of our few classes that does not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead, guests sit down, meet our chef(s) and sommelier, and enjoy a five course dinner with specially paired wines. With each course, our head chef will talk about the food, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste, variety, background, and vintage.
