Five Course Wine Dinner – Menu:

• Bacon, Caramelized Onion, and Mushroom Tart with Gruyère Cheese
• Lobster and Shrimp Risotto Garnished with Chives and Fried Shallots
• Eggplant Parmigiana with Angel Hair Pasta
• Pan Seared Duck Breast Smothered in Fig Gastrique with Farro Pilaf and Grilled Zucchini
• Blueberry Galette with Lemon Curd and Basil Ginger Crème Anglaise

About:

One of our few classes that does not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead, guests sit down, meet our chef(s) and sommelier, and enjoy a five course dinner with specially paired wines. With each course, our head chef will talk about the food, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste, variety, background, and vintage.
